Job promotions at work: PERFORMANCES that get noticed

For success in a venture or a project, one needs to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound) goals.

Individual efforts and performances help a person not only accomplish ‘self-determined’ goals and objectives but even help to achieve team or organizational objectives.

A clear goal helps one focus better and work effectively towards the objective. Kudos to Andy Smith:  the first week Tie-Roller at Cornerstone Advertising Guildford, for performance excellence at work.

The management and team members even congratulate Jeremy Greenwood and Jamie Cann for the new promotions to the LEADERSHIP role – new job titles and roles to manage, henceforth.

Not only the Leadership Job Promotion, but Jeremy Greenwood even grabbed the ‘hand-picked’ tie from Jo. He is the 2nd week Tie-Roller. Cheers for both the achievements. Time for celebration!
