Customer satisfaction surveys: does your business have Very Satisfied Customers?

Customer is King – and is always right! For success in business, one should TRY to leave every single customer fully satisfied.

What does your company do to retain the existing customers? How do readers relate customers and business enterprises with these: Conviction, Trust, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Goodwill, Commitment and Delight?

Customer surveys do help. For most companies – they do not think beyond sales closures. For them, to close a sales deal is more than enough. They never care to check with customers – if the latter liked the new product or not.

Feedback and comments are necessary to comprehend the minds of customers, after the business deal.

If the customer is not satisfied – be ready to fix their problem. Responses from them will give an insight about their tastes and help companies improve product and the service quality.
